There is never a right or wrong answer when it comes to research it just goes on forever that's the beauty of it, as long as new investors join on for the next round.
That is the reason for change in management to keep them from crossing the line and preventing LAW SUITS .The real question is when the team has been around as long as they have and no outside intervention its pretty fishy especially with their track record with other companies which are complete failure.
