LMAO. CAFS didn't make any concessions, they just lied about signing licensees. You can't get any deposit if you don't have a solid contract or the resources to fulfill your end of the deal.

In any event the whole CAFS discussion is irrelevant. You have yet to give an example of a construction company that collects a zero deposit and begins work. It's apples and oranges. Construction companies are protected by the ability to file mechanics liens for work performed. There is no such protection for a franchise operation.

The fact that a construction contract can be cancelled is a red herring. Any contract can be cancelled at any time if the party doing the cancelling is willing to live with the ramifications.

Show us any construction contract from any company that exempts a client from paying for work already performed. YOU CAN"T!!!

Show us any construction company that PR's the amount of their contract deposits prior to their financials. YOU CAN'T!!!


No one should expect any company to respond to daily attacks from anonymous blog posters.
