Hardly... Treaty Energy is a SCAM that has ripped of everybody they did "business" with. Plenty of links to back that up with. How anybody could think otherwise is beyond me... It's just so obvious.

The SEC says they have 59,000 documents containing 176,000 pages of evidence... Plus the many emails from victims and other agency's with information and tips.
