$PTOI / $JBII was/is NEVER a scam. Their P2O Processors are Works of ART. Technological MARVELS. They take waste plastic and produce ASTM Certified Fuel at a prodigious rate.
However, they encountered MASSIVE RESISTANCE to their business plan. Probably mostly from energy burners, who would stand to lose millions when plastic (Highest BTU Count in garbage) was taken out of the waste stream.
And God knows who else. Sociopathetic losers were probably also to blame. And shorting crews were involved most likely.
At any rate, I still have hopes that these processors that took years and millions of $ to develop.....will one day see the bright sunshine of day and be producing fuel all over the world.......
