I think another small bailout is positive for the shareholders. It add more pressure for Gov. These companys need retain capital for prevent future draws. Now we know that these companys didn't need the first bailout and if it's needed another one, there are only one guilty, the GOV and the third amendment. (-ironic mode active-) we only can aplause him for this bad actuation.
