I'd suggest keeping an eye on this plausible theory !!!
Rumoured NEWS next week for us on the other board.... I'm not so sure about a new career for Mr. Berman, but at least folks are beginning to look in the right direction here as to why KB was initiated to the BOD on TAUG ;)

Keep digging and you'll soon find the answers.... It's all in the PR's, filings for both companies... 1 + 2 = 3

Understand one thing, KB is on the BOD at TAUG for a reason, we are close to becoming fully reporting again and once over .01 for 30 days it will be OTCQB time.... Now I wonder what KB could do with a company with tier level OTCQB....
Speculation at this time but it seems the discussions surrounding these two companies are unanimous between the longs...
