That is the current situation as of now.

I got the impression that that are only a few things that can be performed via online, they are "reclaim" and also "Annual Report" which the later can't be performed for 2016 again but could be performed one year in advance so could do for 2017 if desired. Other than that, they would actually have to call and be more involved in the "process/change." Just sharing more info from my call more than anything.

Also get the distinct impression that should EV/other try to electronically file anything again, it might be like dropping soap in the shower on one's first day in jail.
