K_Dog You are correct. The Gray, Hill and Ironridge cases are connected in the appeal because of "constitutional claims very similar".

Futhermore:

"the parties agree that a stay of district court proceedings is appropriate at least until issuance of an opinion in Gray or Hill"

So - you are right - the disposition of the Gray/Hill appeals will affect the Ironridge case 15-CV-2512-LMM
