Timing is everything, and here it is all about dilution so far in a very skillful way but it won't go much longer, more and more began to figure out what is really taking place and here and bail. And without maintaining strong interest from retail, JN won't be able to go on. IMO
Most of those shares haven't even been converted yet.
That is really a scary statement, but that is precisely why hardly anybody touches SUNW and volume, or, rather lack of volume clearly reflects it. I hope I can break even and move on and will never look back. I had a first hand bad experience with SUNW, also flipping it becoming a problem since noteholders are also trying to maximize their return and carefully time they dampage for those rare days when run is anticipated. But common shareholders are at disadvantageous position from the get go. imo
