No 2015 audited financials filed mean there is no merger.

No merged in documents filed with the Nevada SOS office.

I see a con game being played, not a merger.

And UMS is in deep financial duress, with Lee being a defendant in a 895K lawsuit over the non payment for goods received.

Now who all front loaded those 1.15 billion shares that should have never converted under Rule 144 in the first place?
