More BS...

RED FLAG - no deposits specified on any of the construction projects; which suggest concessions made.

There's no requirement for any company to PR the amount of any construction deposits. Please name any other company that has done so. No company needs to respond just because a poster keeps complaining.

RED FLAG - construction contracts likely have contingencies which allow the client to cancel project, if for example, the client is unable to pre-lease cultivation space.

No construction company would ever permit contingencies in a contract that would allow for non-payment. Once work is performed, and several projects have already started, the customer is on the hook for the work. Any construction project can always be halted at the request of the customer but they are still required to pay for work performed and contractors can place liens on the customer's property if they don't get paid.

RED FLAG - I'm sure mostly everyone is wondering how MCIG will sell the 1000's of MJ Dispensary that will be REQUIRED to even sell Rollies; especially when they have 0 regular brick and mortar retail accounts, 0 US wholesale distributors.

...Rollies aren't available for sale yet. It doesn't make sense to push this product until funding for inventory is available since lenders charge up to 40% for loans in the MJ sector (US banks can't lend to these companies because the products are still illegal on the federal level). This makes a boots-on-the-ground marketing channel unprofitable as all profits are eaten up by lenders and merchant banks on credit card charges (up to 12% per transaction). Once construction revenue is realized, mCig can use the profits to push rollies. Initially they will be marketed to Nevada dispensaries along with VitaCig CBD products with nationwide rollout throughout 2017.
