Good luck with that. The only place to deposit penny stock certs in the USA
for the most part is under the mattress. Most brokers wont even let you ACAT penny shares from one broker to the next. There is a few overseas places you can deposit penny certs but thats a whole different issue of problems and tax and evasion drama.
