Well that credit rating claims we have been paying our bills. No volume means no dilution theoretically. When we were having large volume SVFC dropped a sg13a on us stating YA had grabbed a few hundred million shares. That combined with the fact YA didnt come in and ransack the place once they were cleared indicates they have some degree of faith in this company (IMO).
All that being said myself and maybe a few others believe we will not hear anything until the legal hurdle is cleared. The USA today article stated many current and former athletes visited us for treatment. That was last year, how many more have come since then? On the Regen site the doctor refers to this technology as his greatest achievement. Connect those dots as well as a few others and the picture is slowly coming together. All IMO.
