Yes everyone is aware of this which you post, what I am asking for is proof of the claim he made where there was a judgment in this particular matter.
It is my understanding that there is no judgment in that matter and if there is one then please show me the evidence that one does exist.
I will gladly agree with both of you just show me the evidence to prove that specific claim that a judgment happened as a result of that particular activity.
