While I have already expressed how silly I think the "call the company" line of thinking is, I can assure you that over the years I have had communications with folks at every major QD manufacturer (and beyond).

So, you could address the borrowing and late filing news with a more positive interpretation or... what, deflect by belittling a competitor's success?

Let's see. In their year-end report on February 2, Dow announced the start-up of their QD plant and at yesterday's quarterly, they mentioned wins in the display market. Today, Nanoco was free to announce that Dow had Q1 sales and that the royalty stream would begin. Anyone who knows anything about the display market knows what the product introduction and build out cycle looks like. An announcement that your licencee, with the plant across the street from Samsung, has begun selling for the 2016 model year is pretty good news indeed. Especially at this early point in the annual cycle!

And honestly, is there anyone here who wouldn't want to hear that Nitto Denko had begun selling film containing QDX quantum dots? Who with knowledge of displays would expect anything other than "modest" from Q1? Who doesn't believe QMC's sales will begin modestly? Sales into displays have begun, that is the take away.

Back to the real subject that matters to owners of QTMM... Please explain why the CEO's share moves are a non-issue and in the best interest of the shareholders. That's what I want to hear. You've obviously called your favorite QMC contact. You got the good news. Why wouldn't you share it, educate us, and calm everyone's fears?
