Those posts have been made and largely hold up to be true. I have never seen a situation like this, so I am out of my depth in explaining it.

But to my understanding, the employees were largely taking payment in the form of shares. I am guessing there has to be some selling of shares to make a living, but again, I am a bit confused on this "borrowing".
