"So what we have here is a failed pump that managed to do very little besides crash the ticker. Not that ROTH needed much help finding rock bottom, mind you. It has been stuck in illiquid double zero obscurity for a long time now, and it's easy to see why.
Even superficial due diligence on ROTH paints a picture of staggering mediocrity and idleness:
Cash - $1.3 thousand
Total assets - $284 thousand
Total current liabilities - $738 thousand
Product Sales - $70 thousand
Net loss - $11 thousand
The fact that over the years it has printed hundreds of millions of shares at fixed prices ranging from $0.001 and $0.002, all while being traded between $0.005 and $0.01 goes a long way towards revealing ROTH's true colors as well.
