Even if he doesn't I think the stock is dead for a while. He can continue to dilute the S/S like you said. Either way I can put my money to use on a couple of other prospects. I enjoyed your objective point of view and I would like to thank you for that. I'll keep an eye on it for learning purposes but it's time for me to move on.
