I agree and mine is a very difficult situation one that I have never encountered before. Ihave reached out to the masterlease holder the turnkey operator and operator to have XNRG contact me so we could get this resolved but I guess corporate is to busy with other matters. According to PA DEP law someone is resonsible I guess it time to turn up the heat and find out who that is.
