Could that be construed as illiquidity as well in that it says event not what type? Don't mean to burst bubbles here but dam I have had about enough BS here way to much convoluted financing for me to wrap my mind around.
I think it means that they believe one is still in play.
I just wonder how much Shire is communicating with them during their evaluation process. I don't expect Shire to say anything about it during their earnings call tomorrow. They will probably focus their talk on the Baxalta deal, and their later stage programs.
