Share price will depend on revenue.

There are 1/9 the number of shares that there was before the split.

Thus that revenue, when/if it comes, is split into many less shares.

Coming back? The only recurring revenue they have is flicharge and rugged computers which neither are profitable. IMHO these payouts are nice short term but offer nothing to the company in being sustainable. So far the market agrees. People can't blame shorts anymore they are nearly gone. The reason the stock is down from $40 to $1.92 is because the business does not generate sustainable profits and the company has to borrow and issue shares to run the business.
