Arguably this issue has been hashed out and rehashed. PDUFA date of July 14 based on no more than 6 months from the NDA submission date. Acceptance date irrelevant.

Normal Review is no more than 10 months from submission date. The normal review timeline does NOT apply to the ELI200 NDA.

The question at hand isn't by what date an answer is expected, rather to what extent the expected approval has already been priced into the price per share. Some say it is (myself included), others say it's not.

Time will tell who has the right call.
