I think i read that they only have like 3 million preferred shares ?..

Is that correct? I better take a look.

I think they are only going to do a RS after feeling out how the reschedule vote goes down in 2016.

I also think there will only be one RS, so i'm sure they are not going to do it too early in the game.

They will want to secure some new assets before it.

So, yes 100k shares become 1000, but they're still "worth" the same amount $$-wise overall right?

Would the 75 mil in new shares be introduced after a split, when the shares are worth much more? Now that would be brutal.
