I would tread carefully if i was TRTC . If they do this the wrong way and wipeout shareholders....

There are some crazy folks on this board.....lol

I personally understand they need money to grow....and buy assets and complete build-outs.

I hope they do the RS responsibly for all involved.

I also hope they won't do it till 2017, that will give longterm supports a good spot to sell off if theres a reschedule or after Nov elections.

So, lemme get this straight (and I could be way off):

Our OS is currently like 344 mil and they will vote (seeing as they seem to have all he voting power) on whether they will raise the OS 3X to 950 mil?! And then vote on whether to approve their new compensation packages?? And then vote on whether to do a split that decreases the value of common stock (due the market action fallout afterwards?) while ensuring theirs are not affected. Oh, and then the newly issued dilutive shares after all of that.

OMG, sounds like TRTC armageddon.

I wonder how they will vote .. :S
