I've seen this downward manipulation ahead of a looming r/s too many times... if the 1/10,000 or 1/20,000 r/s happened when I got out at .014, the pps would be ridiculous vs. at .0001

Been keepin an eye out here for a flip, but with almost a billion on the ask at 1's, it seems suicidal... if I could even get in at all.
