YEP!!! REVERSE SPLIT for TRTC is awesome news. That is why the price is up 30% since announced.

As a ticked for entry to Nasdaq will be huge for TRTC going forward. Most Reverse splits are to keep a company from being delisted, etc.... This one is for UPLIFTING!!!

Also preferred not splitting is a poison pill against takeover. A takeover at these prices would be our worst enemy, and TRTC will be protected against it.

TRTC making all the right moves for investors!!!
