My thought is that investwise is right and there is great news on the horizon. This is the calm before the storm. The big shareholders know news is pending and are holding on to shares. Only guys selling are daytraders and by virtue of there being more buyers than sellers, stock is going up albeit a few pennies. That explains low volume and stock going up.
