For a man to go into a woman's bathroom it is not legal. I think there is a major problem of comprehension among some people. Some born out of ignorance and others being willfully ignorant. If you are not aware of what a transgender woman is or a transgender man is then I suggest you educate yourself as it has been going on for some time now and it has never ever been a problem. Public schools have been doing it for at least 4 years that I know of and probably longer. Federal Office of Civil Rights recognizes them as a minority therefore they come under the protection just like other minorities.
Do you really want to persecute a class of people who probably have been persecuted and bullied all their life. DO some people have no shame?
In your instance it was illegal and had nothing whatsoever to do with being transgender and self identifying.
