Hey Sept,

Good to see another perspective on this.

Whether or not your agree with the financing procedures, and or the general management of this company is not relevant to whether or not it's a legit company.

Alkaline was featured on a couple local Arizona TV shows:

The first video makes you chuckle as the people involved in the commercial were clearly told what to do.. "hold the water... drink it" then the camera pans around. In the 2nd video

For a "SCAM" showing a video of actual product being produced in a co-pack facility is one HECK of an elaborate scam.

Not to mention:
Their website is up to date.
They're up to date with SEC and filings
all of which can be readily accessed from their website
http://www.thealkalinewaterco.com/investors/otc-filings
They have very recent news promos
(I don't like the 3rd party PR's but those are there too)

It's time to drop the nonsense of this company being a SCAM.

You may not agree with how they got here, what they are doing with shares and/or financing but that does not make the company a scam.

In fact, I lost (and probably many did) with that massive reverse split. Was I happy ?? Of course not, but still didn't make the company a scam.

Will they actually make it as a company, who knows?

A scam? no, it's a struggling business right along with 1000's of other startups.

What?

a phone number?

that is NOT proof that WTER's products are on the shelves of retailers

Again, please provide PROOF

I gave you a number of an Albertsons that sells it. All you have to do is pick up your little phone and call the number with your finger, and ask if they sell Alkaline 88 water. That's plenty of proof. It's your problem if you don't want to make a little phone call.

Give me a number of a store that used to carry SpongeBob, and I will call them.
