Well someone is clearly soaking up those shares being traded!

I am sure some here have added if they have a willingness to take on the risk.

However, in my view, we won't see any substantive move in the price until and unless the PTAB rules in our favor. Thus, real volume and a real move in the pps won't come until then.

While both Cuozzo and Cooper are 'helpful', rulings in their favor still do not really de-risk the effect of the PTAB on us (those rulings only have the potential to have a beneficial impact).

Many are likely waiting to see which way the wind blows on the ruling by the PTAB here before they add. That's good risk management to be honest. Right now, its just a roll of the dice.

jomifa: I just put in my last buy of 10K shares. I for one have been buying 10K at a time as gambling money has become available. I now have a round number that I could sit on and wait for the train to move. JMHO
