The difference is that after TMM loses and owes MEGA MILLIONS and if they default on the judgement then it isnt costing him millions to shelve it he just makes sure its dead and buried if he has no other use for it.
I dont see any reason for a major change in late May those last 9 motions will get wrapped up and leave TMM right where they are now. But by mid July it should all be over.
