I'm not sure that this post should be addressed to me. My simple point was Tmmi can't sell shares in itself already allocated because they are owned by shareholders not Tmm. So I think this idea that a judgment debt against Tmmi might result in Tmmi handing itself over to a creditor as a way of paying the debt isn't like to fly.
I've said earlier for what it's worth that I thought it very unlikely that Tmm would succeed in getting all the counterclaim dismissed. I continue to think that it's likely that Tmm will owe some amount of money to Dimension at the end of hostilities. But I don't see the path that would result in Dimension acquiring Tmm.
