Hence the statement "most" government entities I guess I should of phrased it "some".
I work for a government entity and we are not allowed to buy directly from a manufacture and must buy from a vendor/reseller, and per contract award there must be two vendors to be allowed to purchase from.
Point was...people are saying Navy, Navy, Navy. When in fact there is no "true" contract between the Navy and this company. Question is, what is being purchased by the Navy a "sole source" product that can only be supplied by this manufacture.
