I find it odd that COBI has yet to announce the reverse merger with Motion Sound - this has reportedly been going on since last year. I find it odd that they hired an interim COO and we have yet to hear from him other than his announcement which stated he planned to sponsor artists and invest in marketing. Yet I don't see where the money would come from to support these efforts outside of dilution with stock - maybe this is why they increased the authorized shares by a half billion shares. I simply do not share in the optimism on a go forward basis. My opinions as always.
