It would clearly state common's are canceled or a R/S. I see motion tomorrow for 80% of restricted shares extinguished, fractional shares extinguished, which by definition is a share less than one full share via investopedia definition

So if all shares are to be cancelled right! Then why would ARIOQ ask to have the court cancel Delmars 80% part of the total share structure??????
You still think they are all cancelled?????
