Nice catch 37! That would make oceana very more manageable then even I was thinking. Especially with things moving the way they are.

Of course we'll have debt with PoWfolio, but to me that is good debt considering it being a significant revenue stream once launched and honestly isn't some of that tax right offs as business expenses?

Excellent post 37. That helps clarify the situation and tends to remove the specter of those intitial 2,000,000,000 shares that could have been overhanging the O/S . This is my "take" only and it helps ,at least to me, to remove the possibility of excessive dilution very much, and also IMO, considerably further reduces the distant possibility of a R/S. Naturally TWT 37 but your post should make us on the board give further thought to a situation that was very troublesome to making a decision on the further purchases of REDG. Thanks 37. The settlement was reached and agreed upon by all parties to accept stock at a par value of .0001 regardless of the current pps. The pps increase benefits Oceana for accepting the deal. That said, when issued they may be less apt to flood us with them

Hi again 37. I just see the post of TRex. I also had had about the same feelings about that settlement with Oceana and have used the term of " his warehouse of shares" in one of my posts.
