You are correct. In fact, the FDA not only does not wish to stop the development of ADFs, they want to do all they reasonably can to provide more choices for the consumer. As we have discussed before, this will lead the opioid pain med market to tip in favor of ADFs, at the exclusion of current non-ADFs. As Joseph Schumpeter said...that is creative destruction.
