I don't understand why a company can do a reverse split, then need another reverse split that gets approved, and still be allowed to sell shares. I spoke with Steve Conboy in 2014-2015 on numerous occasions and he really had me believing in ECOB. It appears that the only one that made money was Steve and Mark V. I lost thousands of dollars. If I recall, Steve's salary was near $350,000 a yr. and Mark's was something like $250,000 a yr. Why would a company that is losing money, that has not made a profit, pay employees that much. Now the scam continues and thousands of new stock holders will lose their money too! Why does the government allow this??? Steve should be put on trial and lose his shirt from this.
