NEWC looks good.. The updated news releases and potential progress can possibly generate a major homerun for shareholders. The naked shorts increasing daily can be a good or bad thing. Penny stocks are a big gamble as most of us have lost many more times then we have won. I do agree with you that being short doesn't seem to be the place to be right now.
