Nobody can tell you the answer to that but the CEO himself.. But if you are that concern over a " $320k Note " for a company that makes that WEEKLY, you should email the CEO your question and hopefully its included in the Q&A being released this week. The OS is obviously increased because of the acquisition. And we are obviously paying it off right now. Good luck
