You should take that up with the patent examiner, who included the second diagram on her rejection of the Solar3D patent. Somebody should since the company has not responded as of yet and they have three months from 1-29-16 to do so before the patent get rejected permanently. Almost every claim made by SLTD was rejected as being derivative of a single 1990's patent, which should tell you something about how original this idea was.
