They have done enough drilling to know that it is almost certainly unmineable using either open pit or underground methods. A few nice intervals in a some of the drill holes do not make a "mine". But it does make good ammunition for stock promoters.
Especially when they decide they will make up new terms like grams of gold per meter (gm/m).
