So, you are guaranteeing that the shares will NOT, NOT BE CANCELLED!!! I had a BK person tell me the shares would be cancelled if this reorganization did pass, but hey if you believe differently, we will all see when the shares disappear and are gone or trade around this level?? Imo

Am I reading pacer wrong? I see that the 4 claims were granted and then the lawyer filing for compensation. I don't see anything about the reorganization, although maybe it hasn't been posted yet
