I agree completely! Having owned a company for three years and then selling it required audited financials for the fist time. What I thought would be a fairly easy 60 day process turned in to a 120 day pain staking process.

There are so many validating documents that are required, it can be mind boggling.

That's why from my own experience, I am not worried about having audited fins on time, especially when it's the first set of audited numbers.

Thank you for clearing that up! What was it we paid the auditors ....something like $14,000 per year. That's a lot of money for them to just push a button lol
