He should know by now that with no bidders, a reverse split is pointless. The only way he will become wealthy from his own stock is if he creates true shareholder value. Then he will have a stable, climbing share price and not a massive sell off following a reverse split.
Besides, that's not the point. The Lord God of Israel is with me on this trade, and he will make the share price skyrocket. Just watch.
