This is what Shareholders are paying for:

I spot checked some spots in Houston apartmentville.

$2950 will get you a two bedroom/two bath on the 14th floor of a 20 some odd story high rise. Includes washer dryer, granite, bath and separate shower, walk in closets, balcony.

It includes all inclusive, valet parking, coffee/tea/latte bar, pool, hot tub, cabanas, BBQ area with fireplace and TV, club lounge, concierge, dry clean pick up and delivery, cigar lounge/poker room with humidor rentals, wine room with wine storage rentals, guest apartments for rent, massage room with a staff for $60 per hour, tanning room.

DDCC is living the high life off of shareholders.

I forgot the free wifi at the pool, and pool staff that will provide cold face towels and water.

Scout, the container industry...

is much bigger than a lot of people think

Even a small portion of this business would be a VERY big deal for DDCC

It has been awhile since we heard from the company, I bet we see something about this soon
