Chuck how long can FINRA continue to avoid allowing us to trade. Surely the judge needs to be involved to put some pressure on FINRA. It has been 3 years since his verdict. What is their reason for not allowing us to trade?
So can you verify the DTC restricted status has been removed? I would think the transfer agent would have to have access to the restricted status list from the DTC. They would be required to know this information as part of their job.
Do you know of any outstanding issues that have not been formally addressed with FINRA at this point in time in regards to trading approval?
