Just one instance is all I can bear to mention. The tandem has only one of the 2 phases done - just the positive or negative I can't be bothered looking it up - and the other one is not finished so is it really so difficult to understand why it is not disruptive yet? When the other end is finished it will separate from your world of half baked and be complete - be patient until then.
