Not necessary they could go temporarily private til they get all the crap together than comeback and file.. I have seen some companies do this.. Anybody that is near Milwaukee should see if there is action there then you would know.. Who knows as the court case is still going on they could still be trucking just not filing. . Never filed bk so ya never know
