Ken has 78 million shares. Timothy has 24 million. They would be idiots to do a reverse split when they have so much leverage.
Ken is not an idiot. He realizes with his large position he has tremendous profit potential. A reverse split doesn't make any sense when insiders hold so much of their own stock. It wouldn't benefit them or the other shareholders like myself.
